B2B terms for RFQ communication, OEM project execution, and website use

These Terms govern use of the Planetary Gear Motor website and business communications related to OEM motor projects.
This website is intended for B2B use by companies, engineering teams, and procurement professionals.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operations, or submit unlawful content.
RFQ discussions, estimates, and technical recommendations are for evaluation purposes. A quotation is not a binding sales contract unless both parties confirm commercial terms in writing.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate project requirements. Final deliverables, acceptance criteria, lead time, and quantity are defined in the confirmed purchase documentation.
Sample approval does not waive the need for final production controls. Production release should follow agreed documents such as drawings, test criteria, and approved golden samples.
Commercial terms including currency, payment milestones, Incoterm, and delivery plan are defined per order.
Each party retains ownership of its background intellectual property. Custom drawings, tooling ownership, and confidentiality obligations should be specified in the project agreement or purchase order terms.
Warranty scope and claim handling follow the terms stated in the confirmed order documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use or project delays caused by incomplete or incorrect buyer inputs.
Both parties are responsible for compliance with applicable export, import, sanctions, and product-use regulations relevant to their jurisdiction and end use.
